The recipe for miso sauce is made with 5 tablespoons of miso, 2 tablespoons of sake, 2 tablespoons of mirin, and 1 tablespoon of sugar, and heating it over low heat for about 20 minutes. The beef is placed in a pot with beef fat and dashi broth, then scallions, tofu, shirataki, mushrooms, and other ingredients are added. Finally, garland chrysanthemum is added to complete the dish.
