「Unexplored region bridge」 location：徳島県三好市東祖谷・二重かずら橋 ＊ ～Unexplored region suspension bridge～ The "Oku Iya Double Kazura Bridge" is located further back in the Iya Valley, which is one of Japan's most unexplored areas. It is said that the "Oku-Iya Double Kazura Bridge" was started about 800 years ago by the Heike family to attend training at the Tsurugisan Heike family's Baba. It is also called "Meotobashi" because there are two bridges, Obashi and Mebashi. Obashi is 42 meters long, 2 meters wide and 12 meters above the surface of the water.

「Mysterious blue waterfall」 location：高知県吾川郡いの町・にこ淵 ＊ ～神秘の青い滝壺～ 美しい娘と大蛇伝説の舞台となった神秘的な青い滝壺。水神の化身とされる大蛇が棲む所とされ、地元の方は近寄らない神聖な場所です。以前は、丸太階段をロープや鎖使って下りる必要がありましたが、階段が設置されて以前よりも降りやすくなっています。

古くから天然うなぎの名産地として有名な、福岡県柳川市生まれの郷土料理「うなぎのせいろ蒸し」。 その発祥のお店と言われている天和元年1681年創業の『本吉屋』。

北海道最東端の根室市にある、『生さんま丼』で有名な『鈴木食堂』。 根室は国内屈指の秋刀魚水揚げ拠点であり、特に根室市の花咲港は秋刀魚水揚げ量日本一の常連。 根室では美味しい秋刀魚を楽しめるお店や、さんま丼を提供しているお店が多いです。 そして生さんま丼は、こちらの鈴木食堂が元祖と言われています。
