It's the second store in Nagano. Local farmers ship vegetables every morning so that you can enjoy plenty of locally grown vegetables carefully selected by vegetable professionals! The ingredients used at Vegful Kitchen are mainly vegetables and fruits grown in Toyooka Village. Because we purchase directly from local farmers, the vegetables and fruits used vary depending on the season. We purchase the most delicious ingredients every day, so you can enjoy them with "super freshness" and "peace of mind and safety." Our food coordinator comes up with the best dishes to match the ingredients at that time. The "vegetable garden" in the vegetable garden buffet refers to the farms of local farmers (Toyooka Village and neighboring towns and villages).
