The Ise Ebi Festival is an event held at 29 restaurants along the coastal areas of Saiki City in Oita Prefecture and Nobeoka City in Miyazaki Prefecture, welcoming the start of the Ise ebi fishing season each September! For three months, you can enjoy plenty of fresh and lively Ise ebi dishes🦐✨ The coastline stretching from the southern tip of Oita Prefecture, Saiki City, to the northern tip of Miyazaki Prefecture, Nobeoka City, enjoys a warm climate year-round. This sea faces the clear currents of the Pacific Ocean, rich in feed, making it an ideal place for Ise ebi to thrive. You can taste the 'real Ise ebi' nurtured by nature, fresh as can be!
