強めにネギの浮かび、酸味のエッジも感じるやや和風よりのスープ。
良い意味で食べ手を選ばない仕上がりだと思う。
手揉み麺チョイスにより、唇が楽しむ麺の啜りごこちと、モチモチ感が楽しめた。
焼豚もしっかりと薫香が感じられつつも柔らかさもあり、満足度は非常に高い。

ねぎそば 950円 @中華そばまるき（千葉県松戸市）まるきの代名詞とも言える煮干スープと草村の麺。そこに喩えるならかいざんを彷彿とさせる塩ダレで和えた細切りのネギやチャーシューが乗っかる一杯。ネギの存在感がクセになる。
