NIIGATA Premium Dining started as an event to enjoy Niigata's food along with the stories of culture, history, and climate rooted in various parts of Niigata.
This time, a joint project with Fukuoka Prefecture was realized! Chefs from both prefectures serve original dishes using seasonal ingredients.
