✨I’m testing video work. This time I’m practicing conveying fleeting moments of Miyazaki’s nature and daily life through footage. I’m working with short clips to create a sense of presence.

I capture moments that appeal to the senses: sunlight on the sea and the sound of waves, the breeze in the forest, and the lingering notes of festival flutes and drums. I’m experimenting to see if viewers can feel shifting light and human breath within brief takes. Please tell me about volume or picture quality differences when you watch.

I’m also doing test shoots to find the right shooting points, adjusting the direction of light and microphone for fine tuning. When filming on the road, comfortable shoes, spare batteries, and sunscreen help you feel prepared. For outdoor events like kagura, bring warm clothing for the evening chill.

On this account I’ll keep adding short videos to share seasonal moods and the afterglow of festivals. If there are places or scenes you’d like to see, let me know in the comments and I’ll use them as references for the next shoot. I’d be glad if you save or share your favorites; they might help with your travel planning.

In the footage I’m capturing moments like the soft morning light dyeing the sea and the slow sway of wind shadows along rice-field ridges. Small footprints at the water’s edge and early-morning conversations in a port town gain depth when edited into short cuts. Slightly emphasizing the colors and textures on screen can strengthen the unity of sound and image, but don’t overdo it—keep it subtle. The landscapes you encounter while filming are once-in-a-lifetime; ordinary frames often become lasting memories. If you like, tell me your preferences for music or subtitles during shoots—I’ll take them into account. Also, I always observe filming etiquette by being considerate of locals and other visitors so as not to disturb them. I make time between takes to experience local food and customs, because I want to preserve the small stories that come from those moments in my videos. I will reflect the feedback I receive in future shoots to create videos that better convey the atmosphere of each destination. I’ll also share useful tips about gear and editing for those interested, little by little, so feel free to reach out. I will continue testing to deliver footage that lets you feel Miyazaki’s appeal. If you like it, save it and add it to your next-trip list. #video test #travel

Here is a roundup of the main events taking place in Hachioji this weekend, organized by schedule and suggestions for how to spend your time. This information is intended for those who want to enjoy local events from a neighborhood perspective. First, the municipal consumer affairs event “Hachioji City Consumer Life Festival” is scheduled for February 1. It typically offers practical consultations, exhibits, and workshops useful for daily life, so it suits anyone looking to gather hands-on information. Since the venue is often a public facility, consider using public transport and visiting at off-peak times if the event seems crowded. Also that weekend, there will be an ethical lecture on food loss reduction. The program focuses on learning about local food and sustainability, including recipes using local ingredients. If the lecture includes talks or tastings, seat numbers and participation details may be listed in the event information, so check the event page in advance. If you want to experience Satoyama’s nature, a nature walk called “Winter Forest Treasure Hunt” will be held around the weekend. The walk centers on observing winter plants and overwintering wildlife; wearing comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing will make the experience more enjoyable. Outdoor activities may be canceled or shortened due to weather, so confirm the final status with the organizers just before the event. Finally, some practical tips. Because public weekend events can change venue guidance or parking arrangements, check Hachioji City’s official event page for the latest information. #Hachioji #Hachioji events #nature walks #ethical #everyday life tips https://yahoo.co.jp...

SHIGEMI Test

Welcome to Hachioji ramen 😊 This is a rich, slightly fatty bowl with a sweet, full-bodied soy sauce broth topped by the depth of lard. One reason locals love it is that it doesn’t feel as heavy as that first impression suggests. The defining feature is the pronounced presence of chopped onions. Finely chopped onions mingle gently between the noodles and the broth, adding a crisp texture and a refreshing lift. The onions’ sweetness and aroma soften the oil’s heaviness, so as you eat you’ll often find the taste surprisingly clean. The finer mince releases flavor into the broth more easily and also smooths the mouthfeel. Medium-thin straight noodles pair well, and with every sip the onion scent pleasantly rises to your nose. If you take photos, aim for the moment when the onions catch the light and look three-dimensional. If you go ramen-walking in Hachioji, be sure to pay attention to this combination. A warm bowl feels comforting on cold days and will gently soothe your mood. Add it to your next plans https://hachi-navi.com/gourmet/ramen/116316...
