Inside the palace, the Imperial Household Agency and its related buildings, the Momijiyama Sericulture, Tokagakudo, and the Nippon Budokan are all open to the public.
You can enjoy nature from season to season in the middle of Tokyo, and Chidorigafuchi in particular attracts many tourists every year as it is one of the best places for cherry blossoms in Japan.
