This is the hamburger restaurant "Curtis Creek" in the Highlands.

The shop started in Tokyo more than 30 years ago, moved to Yamanashi Prefecture and Nagano Fujimi Towns, and opened last year in Haramura, which the owner has liked for a long time.

As the name suggests, the menu is a hamburger set with plenty of meat juice.
You can choose from 4 types of sauces.
I used to have the most popular burgundy sauce, so this time I chose ✨ pepper sauce

The shop is decorated with stained glass handmade by the owner's sister, and it has a very nice atmosphere.
