Autumn Lake Festival - Uramigawa will open the sightseeing boat deck! - (October 11, 12, 13) From October 11 (Saturday) to 13 (Monday, national holiday), we will hold the Autumn Lake Festival. We will start operations for the "Mikata Five Lakes Nature Cruise" by opening the sightseeing boat deck from Uramigawa. Experience the breathtaking scenery, similar to a jungle, with the nearby rock faces and lush primeval forest through all five senses. One of the highlights of the Mikata Five Lakes Nature Cruise, the "Uramigawa," which connects Lake Kugushi and Lake Suigetsu, is a historic canal artificially excavated as a flood control measure after an earthquake about 360 years ago. The view from the sightseeing boat deck, with the imposing rock faces and dense primeval forest, is truly spectacular. ＜海中花火だけじゃない三国花火＞ 東尋坊にほど近い三国港が会場。この日は20万人の人が詰めかけました。みなさん、３年ぶりの花火を思い思いに楽しんでおられました。 ここの名物は海中花火ですが、特徴は伊那煙火工業店のワンプロデュース。シナリオがよく構成されており、ワイドスターマインをぜひ見ていただきたい大会です。

It was a very cute place decorated with 20 colorful Japanese umbrellas and 300 wind chimes in the "Restoration Townscape", which reproduces the castle town of the Ichijoya Asakura clan ruins in Fukui City. When the wind blew, the sound of wind chimes was pleasant, and the summer sky, the sound of wind chimes, and the colors of Japanese umbrellas made the visitors forget the heat, and the visitors were happily and enthusiastically taking pictures.

福井県立恐竜博物館 入って暫く進むと、目の前に大きなティラノサウルス！！しかも動きと声もある！ 他にも沢山の恐竜や、先カンブリア時代の生き物の模型、美しい石など見どころあってすばらしい博物館です😆

I love the timing on this photo getting the wave crashing against the rocks just perfectly. I've never been to Fukui but I know that Oshima has that big red bridge and I want to go check that out. I'm assuming this is where it leads to, and if so, then I really want to give it a visit. I guess the island has a shrine as well that's an Important Cultural Property so that sounds like it'd be interesting to see as well. I didn't realize this was next to Tojinbo though, I want to see those massive jagged cliffs for myself. I've seen them in photos and it always looks really awesome but seeing it in person is always totally different. I imagine it'd be even more amazing!

どんどん寒くなってきました。。 しかし！寒くなれば冬の味覚が待っている！ 来週とうとう冬の定番カニが解禁されます。 日本ではズワイガニが人気ですが、自分はズワイガニでもメスの子持ちが大好きです！ オスと違って全然小さいのですが、メスは卵やうちこが最高に美味しいので、日本海側に旅行して見つけることが出来たらぜひ食して欲しいです！

日本には富士五湖、知床五湖の他に三方五湖というところがあります。福井県若狭湾に面しており、こちらの写真は三方五湖レインボーラインの山頂で更にケーブルカーで登った所から日本海側を撮ったものです。ウナギが名産で近くで食べたウナギが忘れられません。

📍石川県/綿ヶ滝 とても有名という訳ではなさそうですが、とても綺麗な滝です！気持ちいいですよ！この日は残念ながら青空ではありませんでした、、、
